About Us

Founded and operated by local therapists Carly Clarke, Skye Quin, and Tim Gransbury, Abilities OT is driven by values of integrity, honesty, compassion, and teamwork. We’ve grown organically into one of the largest OT providers in regional South Australia through reputation and word-of-mouth referrals.

With offices in the Barossa Valley and Naracoorte, our therapists live and work across the state, supported by a growing team of 15 OTs, Allied Health Assistants, and 3 dedicated admin staff.

About the Role

We’re looking for Occupational Therapists to join our team covering the Whyalla/Port Augusta region , Barossa, Limestone Coast and around the greater areas.

Whether you’re already based in the region or are passionate about supporting rural communities and happy to travel — we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Need

• 🎓 A recognised Occupational Therapy degree + current AHPRA registration

• 💪 Proven or developing skills in delivering high-quality OT services

• 🧩 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• 🗣 Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

• 🚘 Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

• ✅ Relevant clearances (e.g., WWCC, NDIS screening, etc.)
